Skills Passport
The strategic asset, built across maturity stages.
The Skills Passport is the strategic asset SMH is building toward: a living evidence record that aggregates assessment, training and credential data across maturity stages.
Passport Maturity Model
Three stages of evidence assembly.
Each stage adds a layer of verified evidence. The progression is governed by the Foundation certification chain — not declared by the candidate.

On roadmapThe three stages show the same passport across progressive maturity states. Initial assessment metrics (AI score, JD match) remain unchanged; verified credentials and the trust anchor are added.
Core Principles
Candidate-controlled.
Foundation-governed.
The Skills Passport inverts the conventional power structure. The evidence and certification are governed by the Foundation — but the candidate controls who can access their Passport and when.
This separation of governance from access is what makes the credential defensible in regulated transnational environments.
Evidence, not declaration
Skills are documented through AI assessment, structured screening, and training completion — not self-reported on a profile.
Portable across contexts
The Passport is designed to travel with the candidate across employers, jurisdictions, and hiring cycles — not locked to a single platform.
Cryptographically anchored
Stage 3 Trust-ready credentials include optional blockchain hashing — producing a tamper-evident anchor for cross-border defensibility.
Living document
The Passport accumulates evidence over time. Each assessment, training module, and certification adds a verifiable layer to the record.
The credential that travels.
The Skills Passport is designed to become the terminal evidence asset of the SMH infrastructure — the artefact that makes verified talent mobility operationally possible.
