ABOUT SKILLMATCH HUB

SkillMatch Hub is a skills-based selection platform. In this phase we are building a pool of Junior, Intermediate and Senior professionals to serve both the internal needs of SkillMatch Hub and the ILS ecosystem and future selection processes on behalf of Italian client companies. We collect and assess applications on the basis of real skills and evidence. The possible presentation of profiles to specific external employers is not yet under way and will take place, for consistent opportunities, through SkillMatch Hub. Being included in the pool does not automatically guarantee a specific opportunity. The selection is open to applicants of all genders.

Join SkillMatchub as a dynamic Product Owner / Business Analyst and become a pivotal force in shaping the trajectory of our innovative projects. This role is integral in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the ever-evolving realm of information technology. You will dive into analyzing requirements while optimizing processes to drive business efficiency and innovation. Your expertise will be critical in documenting processes, managing vendors, and enhancing the automation of our services. As a part of your impactful contributions, you will manage risks, integrate various services, and validate designs to ensure seamless alignment with our organizational goals.

In this multifaceted role, you will gather and clarify complex requirements, mapping them to stakeholders while writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Your ability to curate and prioritize the backlog will ensure that development is not only aligned with strategic objectives but also executed with precision and agility. Facilitating refinement and decision-making processes, you will adeptly manage scope and dependencies, validating deliverables to meet user expectations consistently. As you document decisions and changes, your role will connect the dots between business objectives and technological advancements, making you an essential linchpin in our team.

Candidates should have a solid foundation in computer science, economics, management engineering, or related disciplines, with proficiency in tools and technologies such as Cassandra and AWS EC2. Your structured communication skills, combined with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, will be crucial in managing stakeholders and ensuring seamless project execution. Whether you bring a wealth of experience or are at the early stages of your career (with 1-20 years of relevant experience), your ability to manage scope, requirements, and stakeholder expectations will set you apart as a highly-valued member of our technology-focused business domain.
