ABOUT SKILLMATCH HUB
SkillMatch Hub is a skills-based selection platform. In this phase we are building a pool of Junior, Intermediate and Senior professionals to serve both the internal needs of SkillMatch Hub and the ILS ecosystem and future selection processes on behalf of Italian client companies. We collect and assess applications on the basis of real skills and evidence. The possible presentation of profiles to specific external employers is not yet under way and will take place, for consistent opportunities, through SkillMatch Hub. Being included in the pool does not automatically guarantee a specific opportunity. The selection is open to applicants of all genders.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a GenAI / LLM Specialist at SkillMatchub, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent applications. This dynamic position places you at the forefront of designing innovative solutions and developing cutting-edge applications based on large language models (LLMs). You will be responsible for building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, defining robust architectural frameworks, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. Your expertise will guide the creation of retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, enabling advanced embeddings and semantic search capabilities. By developing agentic workflows and orchestrating complex multi-step processes, you will ensure the seamless integration and operation of advanced AI solutions.

Working collaboratively with a diverse team of software engineers, product managers, and domain specialists, your role will involve defining rigorous evaluation criteria, implementing comprehensive monitoring systems, and establishing quality control guardrails to maintain the integrity of AI-generated responses. Your deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning frameworks, such as Python, TensorFlow, and Pandas, will be essential, as will your proficiency in natural language processing and LLM prompt engineering. Furthermore, your skills in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and LLM evaluation will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

Candidates should possess a solid educational background in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or engineering.
