ABOUT SKILLMATCH HUB
SkillMatch Hub is a skills-based selection platform. In this phase we are building a pool of Junior, Intermediate and Senior professionals to serve both the internal needs of SkillMatch Hub and the ILS ecosystem and future selection processes on behalf of Italian client companies. We collect and assess applications on the basis of real skills and evidence. The possible presentation of profiles to specific external employers is not yet under way and will take place, for consistent opportunities, through SkillMatch Hub. Being included in the pool does not automatically guarantee a specific opportunity. The selection is open to applicants of all genders.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join SkillMatchub as a BI / Analytics Specialist and become an integral part of a dynamic team that drives data-driven decision-making within the realm of Information Technology. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the scalability of our data solutions while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams including product, design, backend, and QA. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing failures and defects, ensuring that our data systems are robust and reliable. This position offers the unique opportunity to document your findings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics infrastructure.

As a BI / Analytics Specialist, you will leverage your proficiency in data modelling, Oracle, and SQL basics to deliver insightful analyses and reports. Your familiarity with tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau, along with a strong grasp of DAX and Power Query, will enable you to build comprehensive reporting architectures and dashboards. You will play a vital role in semantic model and KPI governance, ensuring that our reporting systems provide actionable intelligence. Your background in basic statistical analysis will further enhance your ability to interpret data trends and support strategic decision-making processes.

We are seeking candidates with educational backgrounds in quantitative, economic, IT, or engineering disciplines, with a broad experience range from 1 to 20 years.
